Patient Information for the Multidisciplinary Skin Health Clinic
- Before referral to us, patients need to agree to see a medical resident or student, the
psychiatrist and dermatologist. - These patients should have been worked up and managed for other dermatologic
conditions and systemic causes of pruritus. - Referrals are accepted from dermatologists only.
Referrals Now Accepted
We are now booking Psychodermatology patients in our monthly Multidisciplinary Skin Health Clinic. Patients will need to agree to see both Dr. Marlene Dytoc (dermatologist) and Dr, Adam Abba-Aji, U of A Site Chief for Mental Health and Addiction. These patients should have been worked up and managed for other dermatologic conditions and systemic causes of pruritus.
Referrals will be accepted from dermatologists only who have worked up or managed other dermatologic
conditions and systemic causes of pruritus.
